Instructions for Use and Precautions

● Please conduct regular inspections of the fixed supports and metal tongue pieces of the protective net (or guardrail) to ensure there is no looseness, deformation or cracks.

●These Truck Sleeper Accessories are only for spillage protection during rest periods of personnel. Do not use it as a cargo binding strap. Avoid damaging the webbing due to sudden excessive pulling force.

●When installing, please keep away from the sharp metal or plastic edges in the truck interior to prevent the webbing from being worn or broken due to long-term jolting and friction.

●Please install in accordance with the original factory design structure. Without technical assessment, it is strictly forbidden to disassemble or modify the locking mechanism by yourself to avoid the failure of safety functions.

●If the product has been subjected to severe impact or if the webbing shows obvious fraying or chemical corrosion, even if the appearance is intact, please replace it immediately.

●Try to avoid oil contamination of the locking mechanism; if the webbing gets wet, please let it air dry naturally in a ventilated area to prevent degradation of the fiber properties due to high-temperature baking.

Installation Guide

Step 1: Locate the fulcrum Based on the product structure (vertical or inclined), look for the reserved mounting points on the ceiling or side walls of the truck bed. If there are no reserved positions, choose a stable metal part of the vehicle frame as the force-bearing point.

Step 2: Fix the base/bracket  Connect the fixing seat (or clasp) at the lower end of the product to the bolts on the edge of the bed. Ensure that the base is tightly attached to the bed frame and use professional tools to tighten it, to prevent abnormal noises or loosening during travel.

Step 3: Hooking and Locking Insert the lock tongue or hook at the top end of the protective net/ railing into the top support point. A "click" sound indicates that the locking is in place. For products with pre-tightening function, ensure that the webbing is in a flat state.

Step 4: Adjust the tension. By adjusting the buckle, adjust the length of the webbing to keep the protective surface moderately taut. It should not be too loose (which would not provide protection) or too tight (which would affect the product's lifespan and interior appearance).

Step 5: Safety Inspection After installation is complete, forcefully pull the protective surface to simulate the force-bearing condition. Confirm that all connection points are secure and that the locking mechanism does not automatically disengage.
